Meet Kelleigh Gamble
After more than 16 years leading high-performing teams across food, beverage, CPG, cannabis, and hospitality brands, Kelleigh realized that great strategies alone don’t create great companies. Healthy systems and supported people do.
She founded Branca Theory to help teams move from burnout to balance, designing operational foundations that give creativity space to flourish. The name “Branca” means branch in Italian, a nod to her Sicilian heritage and a symbol of her belief that growth is not linear, but expansive, adaptive, and deeply human.
Kelleigh’s approach is equal parts strategist, organizer, and artist, blending business insight with genuine care for the people behind the work. From operational transformations to fundraising galas and large-scale experiences, her work is rooted in connection and guided by the belief that every branch can reach higher when the roots are strong.
Kelleigh's event expertise was built over 16 years of brand-side leadership in CPG, spirits, and hospitality — conceiving, budgeting, and leading activations for national brands including E. & J. Gallo, Kiva Confections, and clients across the New Orleans market. Her work has spanned national sponsorships, large-scale cultural events, viral marketing campaigns, and immersive community experiences.
That career shaped a simple conviction: the best events, at any scale, are the ones where every detail serves the people in the room.

They grow. And when even one is missing, the symptoms show up quickly — burnout, misalignment, turnover, and the quiet sense that something isn't working even when everyone is trying their hardest. Some of the most meaningful work I do doesn’t come with a contract.
As Programs Committee Chair for the Alameda Unified School District, I volunteer my time helping build enrichment opportunities for kids beyond the classroom — coordinating clubs, supporting program leads, developing new systems to make volunteer involvement more sustainable, and leading events like Heritage Night and the school Talent Show & Art Fair.
I also serve as one of two voting delegates representing our school at the 2026 CAPTA Convention, a role I take seriously because the decisions made at that level ripple directly into the experiences of kids and families in our community.
The honest truth is this: if I didn't need to pay bills, I'd give my time to mission-driven organizations all day long. Not because it looks good. Because the organizations doing the most meaningful work in our communities are almost always the ones with the least resources to get the help they need.
That reality is part of why Branca Theory exists. And it's why community service isn't separate from this work. It's woven into the roots of it.
