Meet Kelleigh Gamble
After more than 16 years leading high-performing marketing teams across food, beverage, CPG, cannabis, and hospitality brands, Kelleigh realized that great marketing alone doesn’t create great companies, healthy systems and happy people do.
She founded Branca Theory to help teams move from burnout to balance, designing operational foundations that give creativity space to flourish. The name “Branca” means branch in Italian, a nod to her Sicilian heritage and a symbol of her belief that growth is not linear, but expansive, adaptive, and deeply human.
Kelleigh’s approach is equal parts strategist, organizer, and artist, blending business insight with genuine care for the people behind the work. From brand activations and fundraising galas to immersive creative experiences, her work is rooted in connection and guided by the belief that every branch can reach higher when the roots are strong.
